Dr Federica Fioravanti partecipated also this year to a non-profit health care program which focuses on primary medical and surgical eye care to under-served rural areas in the Dominican Republic.
During this mission, more than 1000 patients were screened and received primary eye care and more than hundreds eye surgeries were performed.
Doctor Federica Fioravanti performed visual screening in children and adults and did strabismus surgery in children and adults.
